Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President: Bid & Proposal Management, Growth Operations
In this role, you will be working in the BidPro team under Growth Operations. You will be partnering with global stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital & Transformation Services, Solutioning, Pricing, Transitions, and Delivery teams. This role provides you with an opportunity to lead a team of bid managers that partner with these stakeholders. It requires you to exhibit strong people and stakeholder management skills while ensuring the highest delivery quality. It will provide you with significant exposure and experience in the deal shaping and sales pursuit process.
Responsibilities
Lead your team to enable specified vertical s bookings goals and bid conversion rates
Help increase overall deal team VOC ratings for your team by landing the best-in-class bid management processes
Drive DNA change by staffing the right people in the right roles and continuous capability building
Continuously innovate to streamline operating processes, and leveraging tech for speed & quality
Ensuring best in class bid deliverables by adherence to Genpact defined proposal quality parameters
Continuous self and team learning
Bringing insights to strategic deal pursuits e.g. leanings from past proposals, industry challenges, and G differentiators, etc.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
MBA from Tier1 B-school
Strong MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Word
Sound experience in any of these areas sales, pre-sales, sales operations, bid & proposal management
Preferred qualifications
Impactful verbal and written communication skills
An eye for detail, balanced with a view of the big picture
Excellent multi-tasking capability and ability to work in ambiguous environments
Strong capabilities in problem finding, defining, solutioning & mitigation
Proactive self-starter who works smartly towards outcomes (action-orientation)
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and at ease with numbers
Boundary-less in effectively driving collaboration across functions
Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-geography environment
Strong executive presence and the ability to work with senior leadership
