Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Solutioning
In this role, The Solution Architect plays a critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings or customize offerings for niche requirements. The Solution architect operates as a single point of contact or as part of a team (on large deals with multiple SAs). Agility is the key for this role - the ability to seamlessly switch between verticals and horizontals from a solutioning perspective.
Responsibilities
Participate in defining solution architecture for a complex project, lead client interactions and project teams.
Sales Support - Participate in RFP/RFI response preparation. Interact with Customers to understand requirements and propose solutions/ position offerings (across verticals).
Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal stakeholders.
Interest and curiosity to explore developments in the market by engaging with internal teams, external specialists.
Carry out architecture consulting assignments.
Liaison with BD, GRM teams to understand potential opportunities and requirements and work with the solutions team to convert the opportunities into deals.
Develop/contribute to solution building aspects such as Genpact capabilities articulation, understanding client situation & challenges, articulating our solution win themes & value proposition, target operating model design, potential Genpact value adds & commercial constructs.
Participate and Lead solution discussions & workouts with Genpact functional teams Operations, Practice & Service Lines, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, Training, etc. through the deal lifecycle to develop winning solutions.
Manage solution aspects related to client visits and orals presentations.
Create and augment material to articulate Genpact capabilities, offerings and solutions, Coordinate with the Marketing team, respond to Analyst Surveys.
Track domain and technology trends across industries.
Develop an excellent understanding of the G Offerings (SL and TS) and be able to understand which offerings are most relevant to the clients.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduates/ Postgraduates in any field
Relevant experience as a solution architect preferably in the BPO segment.
Hands-on Experience in leading client engagements Re-Engineering, Transitions, Diagnostics/Sol Id exposure preferred.
Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and participate optimally in teams and ensure delivery of the output through the team.
Flexibility to work with a larger Solid ecosystem is a must (not restricted to a particular industry or horizontal).
Preferred qualifications
MBA preferred
Experience of solutioning in more than 1 vertical/industry would be preferred. Flexibility to work with larger Solid ecosystem is a must (not restricted to a particular industry or horizontal).
