*Principal Consultant SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM) Senior Engineer

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM) Senior Engineer
Primary responsibilities
- FAM SME:
- Infrastructure, Server, Application
- Current environment assessment, gap analysis and recommendations
- Upgrade and patching
- Setup, configure and deploy Sandbox/Dev/UAT instance
- Setup, configure and deploy DR instance
- Monitoring performance, apply best practices and tuning
- Work with key stakeholders to expand the FAM architecture including distributed architecture using RabbitMQ service (best suited for hybrid cloud)
- Application onboarding:
- on-premises
- Windows Server file shares
- Isilon storage
- SharePoint
- Exchange
- NFS
- Cloud:
- Office 365
- One Drive (business)
- SharePoint online
- Box, dropbox
- on-premises
- Core services and modules
- Activity monitoring
- FAM gathers information about the user audit data events
- Monitoring activities (who is actually accessing data, and what are they doing)
- Integrate with Identity stores AD, Azure, IIQ and NIS
- Identity Stores provide information about the users, groups to enrich the information gathered from the target applications
- Permission Collections
- Setup and configure permission collections for the target applications
- Data Classification
- Work with stakeholders to define/refine data classification policies
- Setup data classification configuration for the target applications
- Activity monitoring
- Governance and compliance
- Access reviews
- Work with IAM and operations team to gather access review requirements and configure the certification campaigns and continuous support during the entire period of the campaign(s)
- Access policies
- Work with IAM, operations and audit team to gather access policies for on-prem and cloud file systems and data classification policies
- Configure the access policies for the target file systems in FAM
- Access requests
- Assess existing ServiceNow access request process including approvals
- ServiceNow and IIQ integrations
- Reporting
- Generate reports to fulfill the requirements from IAM Operations, Audit team and Application team
- Optimize and generate templates for new report requirements
- Access reviews
- Infrastructure, Server, Application
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Good Communication in English.
- Start with FAM SME (Senior Eng/Dev)
- Expand one additional resource (operations focused)
- SailPoint Architect to oversee and support FAM team and initiatives
- Meaningful experience in Design, Development and implementation in Sailpoint IIQ.
- Development, Integration, Customization and operations using different standard and custom connectors.
- Hands on experience in development is a must & in Sailpoint File Access Manager and Custom integration development
Preferred qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding in SailPoint architecture
- Must be able to work in an English environment
