Senior Principal Consultant - AEM Application Architect
In this role, you would be responsible for developing and delivering codes for the work assigned in accordance with time, quality and cost standards. Responsibilities
- Responsible for AEM application Design and development standards
- Lead in the develop of prototypes for new concepts.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Define the scope of development
- Interact with clients and provide technical expertise with regards to AEM development and implementation
- Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure
- Providing technical leadership to the application development team
- Performing design and code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Writing scripts and code for applications, as well as installing and updating applications.
- Mentoring junior application developers and providing end-users with technical support.
- Running diagnostic tests and performing debugging procedures.
- Performing application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.
- Integrating trends in application architecture in application development projects
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s degree / Master s Degree in Engineering
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in application architecture and Java/J2EE software development
- Experience implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions (Sites, Assets).
- Superb organizational and time management skills.
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Adobe Experience Manager Architect Certification
- Knowledge of other CMS technologies (Drupal, WordPress etc.)
- Expertise with the Java Content Repository
- Expertise with OSGi and Apache Felix
- Ability to define components, dialogs and corresponding Sling Models
- Ability to architect and define Java services
- Shown ability to integrate 3rd party services with AEM
- Strong understanding of front end technologies (SASS, HTL, JavaScript Frameworks).
- Ability to define, setup and configure an AEM Dispatcher
- Strong communication skills and shown ability to interface directly with "customers",
- leading technical discussions, and communicating difficult or technical concepts in a professional manner
- Strong knowledge of AEM Assets.
- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Experience with React JS, Vue, or Angular
