Business Analyst, SAS Developer
  • In this role, you are encouraged to be responsible for building and visualizing various offerings as requested by the clients on a periodic basis. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.
Responsibilities
  • The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide mentorship to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.
  • Ability to crunch data, possesses data driven & fact-based approach
  • Able to execute ad-hoc requests timely and accurately
  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quick
  • Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work
  • Ability to articulate communications with the customer
  • Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness
  • Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others- work
  • Interaction with the client - whether on calls, IM or through mails will be essential
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization or B.Sc in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
  • Must have hands on experience in SAS, SAS/SQL, SAS macros and Teradata
  • Experience in R, Python, and Machine Learning would be an advantage
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Good conceptual knowledge and experience in other BI tools is an added advantage
  • Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
  • Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
  • Good people and customer handling skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
