Responsibilities
- Gather requirements across Operations and Technology on processes and workflows covered by the project
- Create and document user stories to reflect these requirements
- Assist with UAT testing once stories are completed by development before release into production
- Map and document processes when needed (during the requirements, collection phase, or when a process changes due to the strategy work).
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Ability to query raw data across multiple systems and compare it (using SQL)
- Ability to quickly understand processes and map/document them
- Critical thinking to compare processes and highlight differences/ recommend resolutions
- Experience writing Agile User stories
- Experience presenting to various Stakeholders
- Business Analysis experience
- Experience working with Technology and Business Stakeholders
- Agile experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Process mapping tool Signavio
- Business Analysis experience writing User Stories is preferred
