Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and Maintenance of IT Hardware and Software of Server, Network, Desktop, Laptop and Printers.
2. Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and Maintenance of CCTV Surveillance, Access Control and Door Interlocking Systems, Telephone EPABX, LAN,WAN, Instruments/equipment likes HPLC, etc., attached system (Desktops).
3. Responsible for the Backup and Restoration of Instruments/equipment attached system (Desktops) and Servers
4. Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and Maintenance of QC Lab related Standalone and Server Base application backup and restoration.
5. Responsible to maintain the Domain and AD Server (Active Directory) on GMP level as per IT Security Policy
6. Responsible for Project related job of installation and troubleshooting of Pharma equipment
7. Responsible to issuance, verification and control of Calculator to respective department and maintain record
8. Responsible to ensure LAN connectivity and time synchronization for Digital Clock.
9. Responsible for the installation and troubleshooting accounting ERP Software (Pharmacloud).
10. To prepare / review IT related SOP. Responsible for Execution of activity and documentation effective and implement as per procedure defined in IT respective SOPs with complete UAM management.
11. Store and retain the approved requisition forms/records.
12. To maintain and Store all the original approved UAM forms and its List.
13. Responsible for Maintenance of User Access List.
14. To ensure that effective anti-virus programs are applied and systems are monitored regularly for virus infections.
