Job Description

Responsibilities Org role

Interface into DBS world (tools, WoW, reporting)
Support Agile/CP initiatives (e.g. Flow) at squad level
Work with Agile coaches to identify and develop opportunities in WoW and increase of the squad s agile maturity
Supports recruiting processes (interviewing) Scrum/Agile
Facilitate or guide squad Ceremonies for the whole team (cross-functional) - Coach PO in making the most of the process and squad time
Make sure agile processes are followed correctly
Mentor, coach and support an agile mindset, values and ways of working Value
Supports PO in prioritisation processes (OKRs, roadmaps, etc) - Encourages slicing work into small pots of value Flow
Compile, track and report Flow metrics
Manage (inc. identify, remove, escalate) impediments
Leads the squad on improving flow Health
Facilitate self-assessment, team health and maturity checks
Learning and transformation over time on digital WoW
Coach the squad to consider sustainability factors (tech debt, pace, engagement,...)
