1- Relationship Manager (Business Banking)

Job Grade: Deputy Manager - M3/M4


Must be Experience:

  • Candidate must have at least 4 to 6 years experience into sales with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
  • Must have experience direct sales in Retails Liabilities products wealth/portfolio management, financial planning or investment advisory with the following products i.e. CASA, Mutual Funds (MF), Life Insurance (LI), General insurance (GI), Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FD), Liability Products, CPOF, FMPS, Real Estate, SIP, Golds, Bonds.
  • Graduate - 4 -6 years of experience AMFI / IRDA
  • Post Graduate - 2 -6 years of experience AMFI / IRDA
  • Age: Between 23 - 32 years (Male / Female both can apply).

Key responsibilities:

This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers by providing them exceptional individualized customer service, thereby achieving targeted growth and service norms.

Job Description For Relationship Manager- Business Banking

  • Develop new and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships for Current Account, Trade and Forex.
  • Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
  • Cross sell existing bank products to customers.
  • Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
  • Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
  • Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
  • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high level of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.


Job Locations: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane (All Over Mumbai- West, Central, South)


Salary Package:

  • Annual CTC of Rs.6.50 to 11.00 Lac per annum plus Variable & Performance Based High Incentives.
  • Plus PF, Gratuity and Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per policy).

Candidate Profile

  • In depth knowledge of Trade and Forex & Current Account.
  • In depth knowledge of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc.

2- Relationship Manager (Branch Banking)

Job Grade: Deputy Manager - M3/M4


Eligibility/Experience Criteria:

  • Candidate must be carrying at least 4 to 6 year experience in sales with Banking or BFSI sectors only.
  • Other than Banking or BFSI like Outbound Sales, Branch Sales or relevant to our this Job Deception also can apply.
  • Must be Presentable with Good communication skills.
  • Male / Female both can apply between 23-32 years only of age.

Job Description For Relationship Manager- Branch Banking

  • Originate/ develop new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities, specifically and across the range of Kotak Mahindra product offering.
  • Source new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
  • Develop data base for lead generation, identifies market segments, strategize with acquisition channel.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy in external staff.
  • Follow up with client through tele-calling, written correspondence and field visits to provide information of the banks products and services and seek customer deposits.
  • Build long term personal relationship with clients through relationship calling efforts and social interaction.
  • Cross sell existing bank products to customers.
  • Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
  • Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with other group companies to provide Bank customers with seamless access to other group products.
  • Record and respond to customers complaints, questions, problems.
  • Ensure fast and quality turn-around time for responses.
  • MIS generation, maintains records for all acquisition figures and account upgradations.
  • Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
  • Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements.

Job Locations: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane (All Over Mumbai- West, Central, South)


Job Dimensions:

  • Customers Relationships -100-150
  • Portfolio Size Serviced - AUM of Rs. 40 to 70 Crores

Salary Package:

  • Annual CTC of Rs.4.50 to 8.00 Lac per annum plus Variable & Performance Based High Incentives.
  • Plus PF, Gratuity and Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per policy).

Education Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate any stream with AMFI / IRDA Or
  • Post Graduate (MBA - Marketing / Finance) or any stream with AMFI / IRDA.
