Account executive role and responsibility
SHOULD BE EXPERIENCED IN TALLY .
Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division
Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward
Maintain accounting records (monthly, quarterly, yearly) of the company, update financial statements, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, ensure filing in a correct, orderly.
preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Knowledge of Balance Sheet & Audit Reports , Taxation GST and TDS is required
Responsible for accounting, taxation, GST returns, TDS returns, PF, PT returns, all compliances, internal accounting and payroll.
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Handling petty cash
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other report
