Job Description

We are hiring for AP role at Noida location and mentioned below is the JD:

General :

• Person should be from Service Industry preferably from software / IT company
• Working experience minimum 5 - 6 years
• Graduate / PG / MBA / CA Inter
• Good Communication in English and Hindi
• Location - Noida

Role & Responsibilities :

• New Vendor Enrolment and validation of their legal documents
• Vendor Bill validation and processing and ensuring 3 way matching
• Vendor account reconciliation
• General Ledger Accounting
• Vendor relation and their issue resolutions
• Knowledge of Internal Finance Control, Accounting Principals
• Deduction of Withholding Tax / Tax Collection at Source
• Monthly TDS / TCS Challan
• Quarterly TDS Returns
• MSME Compliances
• Monthly MIS related to Vendor & Expenses
• Vendor Ageing and their payment planning
• Monthly closing of books
• Preparation of Audit Schedule
• Co-ordination with internal and statutory auditors

System Knowledge :

• Good command on MS Excel and MS Office
• Working experience on ERP preferably NAV / Oracle
