Job Description

*Installing, Configuring Windows 7, Windows 8 /8.1 Windows 10.
 *Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings.
 *Installation of employee software like Microsoft Office, Java and Skype various compilers etc.
 *Installed and configured various applications Software Like MS Office 2007, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer.
 *Desktop Support up to employee Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems
 *Installed, configured and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus.
 *Installed, Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components.
 *Outlook Configuration, Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup.
 *Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
 *Assembling of Computer.
