• Expertise in the areas of sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, Convincing, and Scheduling.
• Strong experience in utilizing multiple channels such as Monster, Naukri, networking, LinkedIn, employee referrals for sourcing.
• Should have experience on working in contract requirements / permanent hiring
• Recruitingbackground with extensive experience using Boolean search strings, passive research and cold/warm calls.
• Good Communication Skills.
