Location: Mumbai Malad, Mumbai
Work Experience :Looking for candidate having 1+years of work experience into Non IT Recruiting and willing to learn IT hiring.
Job Description:
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Non IT Roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Source and recruit candidates by using portals, databases, social media etc
- Have excellent understanding and knowledge of end to end recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
