Inviting applications for the role of PA/PD, Order to Cash
Are you the one we are looking for
We are looking for someone with understanding and ability to perform operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
Making collection calls to the customers, emailing invoices or working on validations to ensure that Invoices are generated in-case they were stuck in the system
Seek on 60+ past due accounts as per the assigned portfolios, also work on other buckets and ensure minimum Past due AR before period end
Sound knowledge on Accounts Payable or Invoice processing
Work on requests from end customer/store to the generic mailbox and ensure they are worked & resolved within TAT
Also, balance inbound calls from End customer/store regarding orders or payment or remittance related details
Work on other miscellaneous or ad-hoc request from business
Utilize workflow and reporting tools to ensure operational compliance and call out operational issues when necessary
Work with operational leadership to establish processes, procedures, and metrics to use for team or individual measurement
Prioritize workload
Prepare applicable reports and attend select meetings at request of management
Develop an environment that cultivates continuous performance improvement
Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and call out performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs
All other duties assigned to maintain Process Health and Hygiene
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
Proven Experience
Preferred qualifications
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
