Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant IAM Technical Analyst
Primary responsibilities
- Plan, organize and direct the implementation of supported applications
- Conduct meetings with appropriate IT Custodians, Information s Owners to gather documentation and requirements to assist in onboarding applications to IAM platforms
- Serves as a liason between engineers and business customers
- Assist with the creation, documentation and execution of test scripts for supported systems
- Responsible for analyzing and resolving functional and technical problems for supported applications.
- Monitor scheduled application interfaces
- Provide production and ad-hoc reporting
- Communicate with management and business parterners on business systems and project status.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- High level understanding of technology infrastructure, security concepts and platforms
- Knowledge of IT security processes and controls as well as IT infrastructure and networking technical knowledge
- Advanced understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes
- Demonstrated success in project management
- High level understanding of technology infrastructure, security concepts and platforms
- Advanced knowledge of RBAC, IAM, and certifications
- Deep knowledge of MFA and SSO (CyberArk and Okta)
- High level understanding of API s and directly connected applications within IAM platforms
- Advanced knowledge of IAM Platforms and Ticketing platforms such as SailPoint and Service Now
- Ability to analyze and or write SQL and PowerShell scripts

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to approach problems with an open-mind, use existing information and resources
- Creative, Innovative, problem-solving and maximizing potential to solve problems and improve methods
- Think positively when faced with obstacles, build on others ideas, think logically and intuitively
