Responsibilities

• Tracking the email requests
• On-time addressing the client queries
• Proactively calling out the risks if any
• Attending BC calls

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Relevant experience in the support process
• Good Communication & email writing skills
• Knowledge on SQL queries

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge in .Net
• Data capture (OCR/ICR/OMR) experience
• F&A knowledge
