Job Description
- A good intermediate developer needs less supervision.
- T hey can be trusted to raise issues of code design, and play a valuable role in design discussions.
- Translate designs and wire frames into high quality code.
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews, design and sprint meetings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyse, design, and ship new features.
The Requirements
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Excellent experience of Andriod developer, Excellent knowledge in Java.
- Experience with Android Studio and Gradle (Andriod developer).
- Hands on experience in the full Andriod development cycle from design till deployment in Play Store and support.
- Strong knowledge of Andriod SDK, different versions of Andriod and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Experience on web service integration (REST, JSON, XML).
- Understanding of Android development using Kotlin.
- Understanding of Android UI design principles and interface guidelines.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Must have at least one published application in Playstore.
- Experience with memory management, threading, performance tuning and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices.
- Good understanding of OO programming and design patterns and Mobile architecture.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN.
- Experience in J2EE, PL/SQL is required.
- Basic knowledge of Eclipse is preferable.
- Experience in native Android development will be added benefit.
- Must possess excellent verbal written communication skills.
- Experience in Waterfall/Agile processes.
