Job Description

My client, Multinational engineering company with manufacturing plants in Europe, America and Asia, requires - Software team leader for software development in machine applications

Position - Software Team Manager

Location - Noida

Notice Period preferably early joiners

Experience 12-13 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

• University degree in computer science or comparable education
• Several years of practical experience in software development (DevOps, Matlab or C# or .NET)
• Very Good knowledge in:-
• 1- Development and continuous integration process and tools (Visual Studio, Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.)
• 2 - Test methods (unit tests, integration tests, system tests, etc.) and test tools (e.g performance testing)
• 3 - Component and service-oriented software architectures
• 4 - Agile software development (Scrum, Kanban)
  

You:-

• Very strong communication skills and knowledge of English
• Experience in leading software teams
• High analytical skills, conceptual thinking skills, quick comprehension and structured way of working
• High degree of operational readiness, reliability and resilience
• Very strong awareness of deadlines Ability to work in a team
• Offshore team handling is a must
