Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Greeting for the day !!

We have urgent requirement for HUB Executive / Transhipment Executive at Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

Responsibility :

Total tonnage VS Total cost, improved percentage
Last mile delivery cost optimization
Cost of operations/ Delivery
Pick up & delivery management
Receiving inbound load from HUB with proper checking
Preparation for delivery run sheets
Planning & Implementation of branch operation
Prepare documentation in order to support field operation
Manually check the consignment, check for data accuracy, making changes if required in order to improve data quality
Vehicle Tracking
Making relationship with subcontractors & Vendors
Ensure Maximum load connection to hub as per scheduled time
Vendor payments
Tending & solving customer queries and giving solution.
Preparation of daily & Weekly reports
Ensuring warehouse safety measures

Requirements:

Any Graduate
Should have 4 - 5 proven experience in HUB or Transhipment Executive
Location : Ahmedabad, Mumbai (Bhiwandi).
