Responsibilities and Duties

The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative would be:

  • Handling customer queries.
  • Have experience of emails or chats
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Key skills required:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure

Age criteria - 18 to 35 years

Min -Graduation

Experience- Min 1year
