Sourcing resumes, screening and interviewing candidates
Able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening , Identifying , Conducting interviews F2F or telephonic.- Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
Should have good experience working on job portals like Naukri, Shine, Timesjobs, Linkedin, Social Media, ETC.
To line up potential candidates and screen as per the client's requirements
Making cold calling to the clients & Talking to the clients directly.
Sending the proposal in mail and getting the requirements from the clients based on their opening in the company.
Should have good Knowledge in Non IT sector such as Manufacturing,MEP,Oil&Gas, civil construction, Real estate/Infrastructure,HR, finance .etc
Excellent communication skills.
