Dear Candidate,
We have an immediate requirement for CSR-Tech & Non Technical requirement:-
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
Freshers with basic understanding of computer networking and peripherals
Flexible to work from office
Basic Understanding of computer networking for troubleshooting over Voice /non-Voice Support with experience in help desk
Inbound Outbound Customer Service Experience with Telecom Domain
Experience in Tech Helpdesk
CTC:-19k to 45k
Location:-Bangalore
Shift:- Should work in Australian Shifts (Early Morning Login / Start Time- 2.30 am)
UK/Australian/Rotational Shift including night shift
