Generating referrals through various source.
Respond quickly to open positions, but always with quality as priority.
Maintain database of candidates in Recruitment Tracking System.
Hire Experienced as well as Entry level candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have technical backgroup either B. Tech/ BE/ Diploma.
Should have atleast 1 year of experience in Recruitment
Should have operations & Maintenance background.
