All HR activities in employee life cycle

OD Interventions, Career Progression, Competency Matrix

On boarding and New hire orientation

Performance Management, grievance handling

Attrition management exit analysis, identify trends

Employee engagement plan, conduct, analyze effectiveness

Drive and conduct employee connects, employee management communication

Drive Rewards & Recognition

Skills / expertise

Should have experience in HR Operations role in IT/BPO/Healthcare company

Managed 300+ employees

Excellent communication skills

Excellent in stakeholder management, grievance handling, conflict resolution

Proactive

Expert in MS Excel, Very good with reporting and dashboards

US healthcare and RCM or Revenue Cycle management is added Advantage
