Skills / expertise
Should have experience in HR Operations role in IT/BPO/Healthcare company
Managed 300+ employees
Excellent communication skills
Excellent in stakeholder management, grievance handling, conflict resolution
Proactive
Expert in MS Excel, Very good with reporting and dashboards
US healthcare and RCM or Revenue Cycle management is added Advantage
