Job Description
- Expert primarily in Java, J2EE, Spring, Web Services, Angular Participates as a top level technical expert in leading multiple consulting projects or a single large/complex project and ensures the success of enterprise-level application rollouts.
- Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
- Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.
- Education 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience is Financial Services domain preferred Position Characteristics
- Should be High on initiative, self-motivated, quick decision-making and implementation skills along with granular approach to things to find out and tweak processes for better output
- Should have Hands on / Solution driven approach
- Have a very high client focus, rapidly able to build relationships and credibility and to provide an excellent service for the client being both sensitive and responsive to their needs
- Subject matter expert in at least one service area or technology and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Flexible work schedule, depending on project
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
