Job Description

Critical knowledge and experience
Minimum of 5 years of UI development experience with strong hands-on skills, solid understanding of UI Architecture and design patterns
Extensive experience with React JS, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3, SASS, RWD, a11y Standards, JSP/JSTL, SVN
Experience of using devops platforms such as Github, Bitbucket, Jenkins
Experience of content management platforms, particularly AEM Deep knowledge of browser compatibility, response web design, application Servers, unit testing frameworks
Solid knowledge of the entire application development life cycle including configuration management practices and procedures
Strong understanding of software design patterns and methodology
Flexibility, energy and ability to work well with others in a virtual, geographically dispersed team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - working with stakeholders and product owners
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to multi-task and run parallel streams of work in a fast paced environment
Comfortable presenting in front of key stakeholders
Very quick learner with a positive/can do attitude
Experience in delivering across various project methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
Ability to make key decisions quickly and with confidence
Experience across e-commerce platforms and technologies Business/context Strongly desired Telco or related industry experience Been a part of UI governance forums/community
Proven experience working on large scale digital/transformation projects 5 years experience leading a team (5 resources)
3 years digital experience (Web, digital channels, marketing)
Experience of Angular Nice to have Spring Boot experience with hands-on skills, understanding of Spring dependencies, Redis caching principles implementation, spring security, EH Cache principles implementation, OSGI framework
