Job Description

FRoles and Responsibilities

• Capacity building of Field ANMs, Supervisors and SHG, ANM,AWW and other community Mobilizers to conduct nutritional screenings and provide nutrition counselling, provide dietary care for beneficiaries.
• Overall supervision of the Nutrition services on field.
• Provide onsite mentoring to Field ANMs, Supervisors and SHG, ANM, AWW and other community Mobilizers.
• Develop Training Calendar in coordination with ICDS Supervisor, CDPO, PHC MO to conduct field based nutrition sessions.
• Collaboration with concerned stakeholders including Village volunteer, PRI, ICDS, NHM, PHC, sub centre, SHGs and others.
• Providing technical inputs to the team on growth monitoring, recipe demonstration, counselling sessions, 1000 days approach, IYCF, Diet Diversity etc.
• Provide Tele Nutrition consultations.
• Standardize Local F100 Formula feeds for children, pregnant women and lactating mothers.
• Data analysis and interpretation (Growth monitoring data, diet diversity score data, Breast feeding assessment forms, SAM MAM tracking data, Training Pre-test and post test data).
• Supportive supervision Visits to Pilot areas Beneficiary household, Anganwadi centres and VHND.
• Support field teams in Holding Community sensitization meetings.
• Conduct Nutritional counselling sessions TOT.
• Documentation and reporting.
