Work Description/Role Summary (Brief 4-5-line description of the role)

  • Consultant I will be primarily responsible for supporting Australia business on DAU (Delivering Aon United) in Oracle CRM (Aon Connect).
  • Should be proactive working towards DAU methodology, Client Promise Plan and help business to efficiently use the data available to support the growth of the organization
  • Analyzing, investigating and manages the implementation of Client Promise Plans for each client.

Role overview (Detailed role description 10-12 lines)

  • Good exposure with different CRM, Reporting platforms.
  • Should be act as a point of contact for the business specific capability.
  • Should be able to understand the Aon Client Promise framework includes the five pillars of our promise.
  • Activate Client Promise (CP) module of Aon Connect and convert entire DAU and Client Promise programs from SharePoint over to Aon Connect.
  • Develop and implement DAU reporting metrics, including developing efficient ways to analyze, use and distribute this management information.
  • Develop pricing reports to help guide our pricing strategy including meeting new demands on Pricing and Global Broking Centre commission reporting for Global Exec.
  • Launch Jeopardy management program in Australia, including the Jeopardy module of Aon Connect. This is to meet Global Finance and Global DAU reporting.
  • Tracking the Activities in Aon Connect against the Client Promise.
  • Active participating in Internal Discovery Meeting and work towards to prepare the Client Promise plan for the Business.
  • Understanding the Aon Business with different Solution lines.
  • Good in exploring the DAU methodology and apply towards in CRM tool.
  • Follows the Discovery Process of Client Promise to identify each clients needs and develops a Client Promise Plan to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.

Skills Knowledge Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion.
  • Exposure to CRM Reporting tools like Oracle or SFDC or Dynamics.
  • A self-starter, demonstrating a wide degree of creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
