Dear Candidates,

IndusInd Bank is looking for suitable candidates for Associate Sales Manager Role.

Job Description :

• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target assigned for various products & services
• Cross sell new products & service opportunities.
• Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the geography assigned.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Co-ordinate with internal teams to accomplish the task assigned.
• Work within the Compliance boundaries set by regulatory bodies & bank.
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity matrix and calls/follow ups.
• Responsible for achieving monthly targets of movement of customers to other alternate channels (Net Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM etc).

Eligibility Criteria :

Age between 22 to 30 years

Any Graduation / Post Graduation Degree

Good in sales

Experience - 1 to 5 years in field sales
