Please Note:
- Good Looking and beautiful
- Mode of Interview - Telephonic Interview / SKYPE / Whatsapp Video Interview
- Candidate must have a laptop or desktop with good WIFI connection
- Candidate from other location who can relocate to Delhi can also apply.
- Ready to work 24 hours, and travel pan Asia.
- Experience from the Aviation, Hospitality or same field is a plus.
- Only female candidates can apply

- Passport required
- Broad-minded

Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Take dictation
- Carry out administrative duties such as - filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Reply to email, telephone calls.
- Photocopy and print out documents as applicable
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent Email writing skill
- Excellent Typing skill
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Tact and diplomacy
- Communication skills
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
