Day-to-day production support of the Jamf Pro environment supporting multiple IT business units (packaging, engineering, support, etc)
Setting up, growing and managing the Jamf Pro infrastructure into a load balanced, DMZ environment
Jamf Pro application upgrades along with detailed check-out and validation processes
Technical lead capable of troubleshooting and diagnosing problems experienced by first level support technicians
Off-hours work to support system maintenance tasks, incidents, and break/fix response including on-call rotation
Performs and/or makes recommendations for optimizing system performance, operational reporting, and end-user experience
Participation in capacity and volume forecasting activities designed to ensure system resource availability at all times
Documentation and up-keep of shared knowledge all aspects of the toolset as appropriate with other support teams

Candidate Profile-
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as Jamf Pro subject matter expert / Intune administrator
Hands-on experience in administrator support role and well-versed in PowerShell, Bash languages and automation in an enterprise environment
Prior experience to troubleshoot in highly complex, technical situations within a matrixed support organization
Experience with Networking Principles, Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP), Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks
Ability to identify and mitigate risks
Strong understanding of Jamf features and capabilities
Understanding of Active Directory and global groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Profile-
In process of obtaining or have obtained advanced certifications pertinent to area of expertise
4+ years of experience in a customer service role
Solid troubleshooting skills, able to find the root cause of issues and rectify it
Superior customer service skills, ability to interact with a wide range of customers
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
PowerShell, python and bash knowledge
