The Central Business Configuration (CBC) team provides business configuration for Intelligent Enterprise Suite applications. We deliver content covering 400+ business processes, for 40+ countries, in 19+ languages and tailored to several key industries. CBC Customer Success and Support team supports S/4 HANA Cloud Customers on configuration applications.
The ROLE:
Work together with customers and partners for successful implementation and delivery.
Deliver on support KPIs Minimize initial reaction times, message processing times.
Reason out, isolate problems and provide solutions to problems with customer empathy.
Take up planned support work during designated weekends.
Display high engagement levels and coordinate across geographies, development teams, lines of business to achieve customer success.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Academic degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
3-6 years of experience in software development
Programming skills in JavaScript and Node.js.
Data modeling & SQL skills.
Experience in designing and architecting applications/frameworks and having seen a full product life-cycle.
Debugging skills, ability to analyze root-cause and provide optimal solutions.
