Job Description

Job Role

1. To carry out HPLC analysis of assigned raw material, in-process and finished

products, and stability samples.

2. Troubleshooting related to analysis on HPLC.

3. To prepare necessary documents, including TDS, related to the analysis samples

assigned to the individual.

4. Calibration of Instrument/ Equipment as per respective SOP.

5. Operation of HPLC, UV- Vis spectrophotometer and any other instrument

delegated by the supervisor.

6. Preparation and standardization of working standard.

7. Maintenance of HPLC and HPLC columns

8. Perform all lab work allocated by the supervisor.

9. In the absence of the chemical personnel, all the responsibilities will be carriedout by his/her designee, as directed by the supervisor.
