Experience:
- Minimum exp of 3 years Banking Domain with Trade Finance
- Ability to manage a team of associates.
- Should have handled escalations & should have coordinated with clients on various requirements
- Should have Thorough understanding of documents received under trade products
- Expert knowledge of UCP,ISBP,URR,URC and working knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Experience in leading Performance review and appraisals of direct reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on experience on working with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel , Access and PowerPoint.
Job Description
- Ensures timely & effective escalation of operational and other risks to management
- Provides direction, support and guidance to direct reports and functional teams within own area of responsibility to create and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Review Trends and eliminate manual touchpoints where appropriate
- Supports tough people decisions to ensure people performance is aligned with organization standards. Manages individual performance issues, where necessary, to drive for high performance.
- Strive to be the best for our clients needs. Manage change effectively
- Delivers results as per Service Level Agreement always. Ensure service quality and ensure agreed KPIs are delivered. Understand customer requirements.
- Identifying process Risks and suggesting suitable controls, with immediate escalation to management
- Raise awareness of System issues and errors (including impact) to respective teams and Client.
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
- Daily huddles, monthly documented QCMs, contribute to Team Meetings and effectively manage team expectations Implement Strong Controls to avoid any mishandling of processes to avoid any reputation risks for franchise Ensure all process changes are communicated and managed closely
- Other Activities
- Ensure all the InfoSec policies are adhered to.
- Flexibility to work according to the Business hours/During weekends (if required)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (Night shift as and when required)
- Comprehend customers queries / complains / comments
- Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries
- Ability to manage work efficiently with minimum guidance
- Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
- Should be willing to take quality Feedback and show improvements in the upcoming reviews.
- Should be a quick Learner and Team player.
- Adherence to all Mandatory Trainings/Leaves (Both Client and company) for self and Team.
- Should complete Monthly Process Knowledge assessments successfully.
- Should be willing to participate in adhoc Production Validation Testing or UAT as required.
