Job Description
Urgent job Opening for "Quality Analyst" - BFS or trade domain at Hexaware Technologies, Coimbatore
Experience
- Minimum 2 years Prior work experience as Quality Analyst in BFS or trade domain
- Candidate required to have at least 2 years of core trade experience.
- Should have Thorough understanding of documents received under trade products
- Expert knowledge of UCP,ISBP,URR,URC and working knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Having specific trade related certification is good.
Technical Competencies: (Job related)
- Typing speed 30wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Hands on experience on working with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint (preferred).
Job description
- Auditing end to end cases and transactions as per the process requirement
- Providing Effective feedbacks
- Initiate PIP whenever required
- Should be able to identify the gap and optimize the existing process
- Should be able to generate and maintain all Quality related MIS data
- Should be able to identify and track the SOP compliance
- Should be able to coordinate with client quality spocs as and when required
- Ensure Teams quality score are met.
- Co-ordinate with other departments both internal and external
- Identifying process Risks and suggesting suitable controls.
- Meet required productivity metrics set as per SOP
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
Others
- Ensure all the Info sec policies are adhered to.
- Flexibility to work for 9.30 hours a day / 5days a week shift / During weekends (if required)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (Night shift as and when required)
- Ability to manage work efficiently with minimum guidance
- Should able to provide quality Feedback and show improvements in the upcoming reviews.
- Should be a quick Learner and Team player.
- Adherence to all Mandatory Trainings (Both Client and company).
- Should complete Monthly Process Knowledge assessments successfully.
- Should be willing to participate in adhoc Production Validation Testing or UAT as required.
Mandatory:
- Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
- To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.
- Responsible for complying with all QMS and ISMS Policies and procedures
Desirable: Additional Email/Chat Experience is preferred
