We have urgent opening for MRD Officer at Fortis Hospital, Kalyan.

Qualification - Diploma in MRD Technician Course Or Graduation

Experience - 1 to 5 years of MRD

Location - Kalyan (Mumbai)

Job Duties:

Preparing the files of the Discharges.

Collecting the discharges from wards.

Assembling the files in order.

International Classification of diseases (ICD) coding of diseases.

Responsible for arranging & maintaining the files in the Medical Record room.

Issuing of path reports, Radiology reports, Cath lab reports, Cardiology reports, X-ray reports.

Issuing of Discharge, Fitness, Expenditure, and Railway reservation

Handing of queries related to Medical Records of the patients.

Hand over the case papers to the patients and completing the necessary formality.

Maintain the records for doctors visit.

Maintaining Statistics (Eg. Admissions, discharges, death, Occupancy, etc).

Giving on-the-job training and conducting committee meetings.

Preparing SOPs.

Maintaining IP general and expired Medico-legal files separately.

Handling the insurance related cases ( Issued the document for insurance)

Knowledge of handling the MLC patient

Knowledge of birth and death registration.
