Process: Fixed Asset Accounting :


Job Description & Role Summary:

  • Financial Analyst role in Fixed Assets process for Direct procurement, Lease Capitalization for WW region.
  • The tasks include Fixed Asset Capitalization; Disposition; Transfers and Depreciation; Journal Preparer in Share Point; also involved in MEC Controller Review and all client/stakeholder calls.
  • This role requires a resource expertized in Fixed Asset Accounting and having sufficient knowledge, skills and experience to handle critical activities like Reconciliation, CAPEX, and BSR reporting activities which have an impact on External Financial Reporting of the Fixed Assets.
  • Point of contact for External & internal audit
  • R2R experience required.
  • Performs clerical accounting duties within a broad scope under little supervision (e.g., invoice fees, purchase order numbers).
  • Reconciles and posts transactions to the general ledger.
  • Supports moderately complex customer inquiries, typically without escalation.
  • Provides significant support on assignments (e.g., implementing a new system)
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
  • Interacts with internal customers on a global basis.

Education and Experience Required:

Commerce graduate B.COM/M.COM/MBA with 2-6 yrs of experience


Knowledge and Skills Required:

SAP experience is mandatory

Good computation skills.

Strong business application skills (e.g.,SAP Microsoft Office Suite, Systems, Applications, Products (SAP).

Fluency in English.

Good understanding of accounting processes.

Good database skills.
