Job position: Senior Executive / Executive IT (Pharma Sector)

Department: IT - R&D Lab

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Job Location - MUMBAI

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Installation and maintenance of computerized systems that include software, hardware, instruments, equipments, accessories and servers.

2. Management of user accounts related to computerized systems.

3. Holding administrative rights related to all computerized systems.

4. Preparation of SOP for computerized systems and software related to IT.

5. Periodically audit the computerized systems, instruments, software connected to system to ensure proper use.

6. Ensure backup of users data, mails, server data and software data related to instruments.

7. Manage and maintain the reports, inventory and software licenses.

8. Support and supervise third party installation and maintenance of computerized systems that include software, hardware, instruments, equipment and accessories.

9. Implement and maintain IT security policies.

10. Ensure and adhere to follow all published IT policies.

11. Maintenance and monitoring of Analytical software such as Lab solution, Empower, etc.

12. Secure/Protect computer network data, information, compute assets from external virus attacks.

13. Timely resolve the user and system issues.

14. Maintenance and monitoring of servers, routers, switches, networking equipment, LAN/WAN/MPLS/Firewall/Storage/UPS/Backup, leased line and Cyberoam VPN connection.
