Job Description

Payroll & Statutory compliance:

Administering Monthly payroll Process.

Responsible for Preparing & Filing of all the statutory returns under EPF, PT, ESI

Responsible for Payment of Performance based incentives and reimbursements.

Delivering Pay-slips to the Employees with Summary of Pay-slips including Leave calculations.

Generating UAN numbers & strong knowledge about-PF,ESI & PT (PF claim, Transfer & KYC update).

Visit the government offices to submit the required documents. (Labour office, factories & PCB ext.)

Good Knowledge in Excel( V-LOOKUP/Povit Table/PPT) Payroll Software SARAL Pay pack
