Job Description:
Technical Knowledge and Skills required
Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP SD, && CS.
Primary skills on SAP Customer services. Secondary skills on Sales && Distribution (SD).
With minimum two full implementation experience. Preference is certified.
Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules
Domain exposure to product installation, serialization, services execution or
coordination, contracts, billing, cross-selling with business process && systems FIT-GAP
analysis is plus.
Exposure to ICS/SOX, FDA industry standards is preferable.
Work Experience
7 - 10 yrs
SAP CS, SD experience of at least 5-8 years through consulting
At-least two full end to end implementation experience and rest with application support
Exposure to managing reliability, availability, performance and capacity aspects of
applications through application support.
Exposure to all domains in SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Variant configuration,
Availability, Cross selling, etc.), CS (Serial number management, Spare parts Delivery,
Contracts and Periodic billing) and integration with other modules.
Integration knowledge of SAP FI, SAP PP and SAP LE is advantage but not mandatory.
Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design

Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP SD, CS.
Worked as SME for in SAP CS.
Clear understanding of future technology trends.
Broad expertise of functional domain, relevant business processes and technology.
Leading in solution design on program level based on enterprise architecture.
Experience in translating high-level solutions into detailed technical design.
Determinative in setting solution directions to finalize decisions, in order to achieve
organization goals in creative and effective ways.
Drive improvements across standards, guidelines and process.
Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability,
manageability, performance, and security and compliance.
Approves the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects
with other applications.
Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration
management.
Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing,
tracking, and forecasting of solution development.
Coaches technical leads and developers.
