We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Order to Cash
We are looking for professionals with Invoice to Cash demonstrated ability who have worked on cash application systems/application- preferably in cash management and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Cash Management/Exceptions
Responsibilities
Cash entry and booking in the receivable system, cash research and allocation as per payment support
Able to work on PeopleSoft AR module and other Business tools such as BMAL/iREC, workview etc.
Respond to email /phone queries received from broker and other internal departments
Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution
See opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor the cash posted
Work as a teammate to process any adhoc request in a timely manner.
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners inquiries quickly, effectively and expertly.
Intensify problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.Com/BBA/MBA/B.Sc.
Excellent English interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior cash management experience
