15+ Years of Experience in Unity 3D based game/application development for mobile
5+ Years of Experience in delivering high-quality consumer applications/games built using Unity 3D, preferably over mobile
Proven experience of managing and mentoring a team of 10+ Unity 3D developers as senior or lead role.
Advanced C#/C++ knowledge with architecture and design
Solid OOPs programming skills and design
Strong mathematical skills, knowledge of vectors, matrices, and linear
Strong knowledge of Unity 3D application life cycles, Editor Tools, Events, Actions, Input System, Rendering
Strong knowledge of designing state machines and multi-level games/applications in
Experience in maintaining Performance & Optimisation in Unity 3D
Strong knowledge of Networking APIs in
A strong candidate will have:
Designed and developed consumer grade applications/games in
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional/Business Requirements, High-Level Architecture, Low-Level Architecture, System Requirements, Design Documents, Wireframe, etc
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high- level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Drive and challenge product units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
Serves as the conduit between the product/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
Be the liaison between the product units, technology, support and IT development
