BHS Corrugated India Private Limited is a Subsidiary of German Company BHS Corrugated Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH & BHS India is incorporated on 11 May, 2011. The company is into the trading business of BHS Corrugators to India and providing the sales, service and application solutions to the Indian Customers.

We are looking for Accounts Executive who is knowledgeable and having experience of overall accounting activities including AR/AP, Taxation, Invoicing, banking activities, etc.

Qualification: BCOM / MCOM.

Experience:3 5 yrs or more

CTC: as per market standard.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the Invoicing of Service & sales Bills to Shanghai accounts team and local customers as well.
2. Proficient in doing the GST calculations and coordinating with CA & for making its payment and filing the returns.
3. Responsible for managing, maintaining and handling overall vendor payments across India.
4. Responsible for handling the Employee expense reimbursements for all India employees.
5. Maintaining Petty cash, Daily cash payment, Cash & Bank Receipt/Payment voucher entry. Recording of payment transaction in books.Coordinating with the CA for handling the Statutory / Internal audits and compliances.
6. Should have experience of working on ERP system and working on SAP will be an added advantage.
7. Responsible for handling the banking activities and the bank reconciliation as well.
8. Preparation of required file to upload on Bank portal for funds transfer.
