Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate, Service Now Developer, with experience in Security Incidence module.
Responsibilities- Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation
- Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client s ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.
- Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
- Develop ServiceNow Design Documentation
- Develop User cases for ServiceNow releases
- Perform ServiceNow Application Configuration
- Develop Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules
- Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
- Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
- Build and update Documentation for ServiceNow code and configurations
- Fundamental knowledge of SIR Sec Ops
- Excellent knowledge of implementing Security Incident Response Integration, Enriching Security Incident with Threat Intelligence.
Qualifications We Seek In You
Minimum qualifications- BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience in ServiceNow Development and Configuration.
Hand on experience in implementing Security Incident Response Integration
Development knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Incident, Change, Problem, Release, REST Calls, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows
Creation and customization of ITSM modules
Experience with Integration
Experienced in Java Scripting
Knowledge of Angular JS and Service Portal
