Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Record to Report
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely posting of Intercompany transactions You will work closely with the Team to ensure timely performance of Intercompany activities
You will be expected to perform Intercompany flows in accordance with internal agreed service levels.
Your role requires you to build strong communication and positive working relationship with the key partners within business and operations.
Responsibilities
Support period end financial closing activities and ensure an efficient and effective close is performed.
Interact and align with all Internal / External Audit requirements; Adherence to Control and Compliance.
Works with internal/external teams to ensure accurate and in time process delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Minimum Level of Education: Diploma with Finance / Accounting.
Experience in Intercompany activities.
Proficient in English and Mandarin both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting / Finance, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is helpful.
Proficient in using SAP or other ERP software.
Fast learner, especially in learning new applications / software systems optimally and efficiently.
High attention to details, and also able to use analytical thinking and logic to isolate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Has a Can Do Demeanor and able to work independently, but also a phenomenal teammate that has interpersonal skills.
Proficient in time management and prioritization skills.
Experienced in managing tight and work under pressure within Global Public Companies environments.
Internal customer (local markets) service delivery approach.
