Job: Business Development Manager/Sales Development Manager/Bancassurance Channel

Qualification:Graduate
Age:24 to 35 years

Experience: 1 years of experience in Life insurance with relieving Letter/resignation Acceptance Mail & 1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

Should have good communication skill in English & Hindi

Job Responsibility:

To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
Relationship building with insurance companies and visioning for activity management.
Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
Secondary Role
Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.
No Consultancy Charge / Service Charge
