Job Description
- In this role, the focus is to have enterprise-level experience for Machine Learning Model build, validation, scoring, monitoring, etc and do analysis on back-office operations, be able to understand and translate and integrate the analysis from back-office to front-office.
Responsibilities
- Execute Test of design/Test of operating effectiveness procedures and publish the testing results
- Overall responsibility for maintaining quality and timelines of delivery.
- Over a period of time, gain understanding of Design assessment and Control testing function including upstream and downstream implications and become a SME
- In-depth interpretation and adherence of instructions/reports and come up with logical recommendations and to work towards tasks streamlining leading to efficiency in processes or improvements in existing processes/activities
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Good understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices
- Ability to interact or manage client communication independently.
- Preferred experience of working in international client facing roles on Operational/SOx and Audit engagements.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Should have a bachelor s degree or higher+ experience in Design assessment/ Controls testing/ Internal audit
- Relevant experience in internal and/or external audit, process reviews, Test of design (TOD), Test of effectiveness (TOE), experience in Banking & Capital market and risk management.
- Must be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously.
- An analytical mind and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Good communication (both Verbal and Written) and teaming skills.

- Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
