Assure functionality of Domestic and International training programs. Assess customer profiles   , buying trends and competitive information to drive business.Supervise loss prevention education,   training and awareness programs.Assume responsibility for loss prevention compliance within store.   ExceedInventory and Shrink goals and maintain bi-annual Physical Inventory. Implement and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
