Position: Agency Recruitment/Development Manager (ARDM)

Immediate Joiners are preferable.

Location: Cuddalore

ADM's Responsibilities:

Execution of sales strategy.
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents / Advisors.
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market / products.
Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group /Micro Finance Institution /NGOs etc.

Any graduates can apply.

Experience: Minimum 6 plus months of experience in any field sales, NBFC / BFSI is preferred.

Candidate with Insurance sales experience are highly preferred.
